Our Step-By-Step Process:

YEAR ONE FEATURES INCLUDE-(if starting 9th or 10th grade):

1. ) BUILD PLAYER PROFILE- JTF will build the player profile you will use for the entire recruiting process and email it back for approval. This profile was designed by college coaches specifically for JTF and includes only the information they want/need to see.

2.) BUILD COLLEGE LIST- JTF will consult and help build the first college list to use and start the entire recruiting process.

3.) PROVIDE AND REVIEW EMAIL TEMPLATES - JTF will provide and review every email communication needed throughout the recruiting process then monitor and manage when each communication is sent.

4. ) REVIEW EMAILING PROCESS - JTF will provide a full seminar on the most effective and efficient way to FIND college coach email addresses (which are often ‘hidden’) and send out the communications needed during the entire recruiting process

5.) SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEW AND SEMINAR- JTF will review the best ways to use social media to HELP the recruiting process, while also describing the pitfalls and concerns college coaches have with player’s social media use.

6.) INTRODUCTION EMAIL TO ALL COLLEGES ON PLAYER LIST- JTF will then send an email to all college coaches on player’s list INTRODUCING  player, informing them that they were selected to this exclusive program, then provide them future updates on player’s overall skill set development.    

7. ) PROVIDE COLLEGE LEVEL FULL SKILL SET EVALUATION - JTF will attend a future club or high school game and provide a 24 pt skill set evaluation and offer recommendations of areas of game that college coaches will require to see development in.

8.) WEEKLY PROMOTION OF PLAYER TO ALL COACHES ON LIST- JTF will use weekly regional conference calls and individual communications with coaches to keep PROMOTION and updates of player ongoing throughout the entire recruiting process.  

9.) COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OF ALL ASPECTS OF RECRUITING PROCESS- In addition to starting weekly promotion and provide updates of players, JTF will also start managing every other aspect of the recruiting process on a daily basis, including-

- managing the entire communication cycle, including what email templates to use (15 different templates used) and when they need to go out.

- providing scripts and templates plus managing all other communication means, including text, social media and phone calls.

- preparing (including role playing, if applicable) players for calls with the coaching staffs of the schools on their college list, including scheduling and confirming these calls.

10. ) CONSULT AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS OF ID CAMPS- With many COLLEGE SOCCER ID CAMPS turning into ‘overcrowded money grabs’ (without much or ANY actual evaluation of players) as a way to pay their assistant coaches, JTF will advise on any ID CAMPS player is considering to assure camp is worth the time and money, and will actually HELP their overall recruiting process.

11.) ID CAMP PREPARATION - full ID CAMP prep including email templates to use before and after camp, to best practices during camp and what specific ID CAMPS look for in players during camp, etc.

12.) PROVIDE COACH FEEDBACK FROM ID CAMPS ATTENDED- While NCAA rules prohibit coaches from providing DIRECT feedback to players after attending ID CAMP, coaches ARE able to provide JTF feedback on player, which JTF will then forward and review with player.

13. ) JTF CONSULTING FEATURE- Feature includes unlimited consulting on ANY recruiting process questions with real time answers 24/7 via email, text or call.

YEAR TWO FEATURES (if freshman/sophomore yrs):

1.) PROVIDE UPDATED SKILL SET EVALUATION - JTF will attend Club or HS game for an updated college level 24 pt skill set evaluation, including feedback on areas that have shown improvement and areas that still need development for college coach consideration for potential scholarship offer.

2.) PROVIDE UPDATED PLAYER PROFILE- JTF will make all changes and updates needed to player profile throughout program.

3.) PROVIDE UPDATES ON CURRENT COLLEGE LIST- JTF will provide beginning of year interest level and recruiting class updates on all schools on player list, and make needed adjustments (if any).

4.) WEEKLY PROMOTION OF PLAYER TO ALL COACHES ON LIST- JTF will use weekly regional conference calls and individual communications with coaches to keep PROMOTION and updates of player ongoing throughout the entire recruiting process.

6.) JTF CONSULTING FEATURE- Continued access to this feature of unlimited consulting on ANY recruiting process questions with real time answers via email, text or call.

7.) FULL WEEKEND SHOWCASE EVALUATION AND IN PERSON PROMOTION- JTF will attend all games of player during weekend College showcase (HS or Club) and include full weekend performance evaluation as well as in-person promotion with college coaches on players college list who are attending.

8.) END OF YEAR RECRUITING PROCESS UPDATE AND EVALUATION- Review and updates on every aspect of the recruiting process including college coach interest-level updates, college list adjustments, and skill set evaluation comparing start of year skill set levels to end of year, plus needed adjustments.

JUNIOR AND/OR SENIOR YEAR( features include):

1.) PROVIDE UPDATED PLAYER PROFILE- JTF will make all changes and updates needed to player profile throughout program.

2.) PROVIDE UPDATES ON CURRENT COLLEGE LIST- JTF will provide beginning of year interest level and recruiting class updates on all schools on player list, and make needed adjustments (if any).

3.) WEEKLY PROMOTION OF PLAYER TO ALL COACHES ON LIST- JTF will use weekly regional conference calls and individual communications with coaches to keep PROMOTION and updates of player ongoing throughout the entire recruiting process.

5.) COLLEGE VISIT SCHEDULING AND FULL DAY ITINERARY- JTF will schedule entire college visit including Admissions office campus tour, one on one meeting with Soccer program coaches, as well as potential meeting with current program players and complete soccer facility tour. (where applicable) Full day itinerary included as well as coaches meeting full prep and meeting feedback after visit.

6.) MID-YEAR FULL RECRUITING PROCESS UPDATE/AUDIT- Review and updates on every aspect of the recruiting process including college coach interest-level updates, college list adjustments, and potential scholarship offer update for all schools on current college list.

7.) SCHOLARSHIP OFFER CONSULTATION AND ASSISTANCE- JTF will consult on specific program scholarship total expectations (based on past year totals of similar ‘tier’ players) and help negotiate scholarship offers with coaching staff  on behalf of player/family. (where applicable)

8.) SCHOLARSHIP OFFER ACCEPTANCE OR DECLINE ASSISTANCE- JTF will make recommendation on offers made and help with follow up on declined offers.

9.) JTF CONSULTING FEATURE- Continued access to this feature of unlimited consulting on ANY recruiting process questions with real time answers via email, text or call.  

10. ) END OF YEAR RECRUITING PROCESS UPDATE AND EVALUATION*** Review and updates on every aspect of the recruiting process including college coach interest-level updates, college list adjustments, and skill set evaluation comparing start of year skill set levels to end of year, plus needed adjustments.

11.) POST SCHOLARSHIP FOLLOW UP AND COMMUNICATION W/ COACHES- JTF will contact all coaches in which player was included in program’s tracking list and update them on players commitment to another college program for their records.

12.) OFFICIAL VISIT (POST COMMITMENT) SCHEDULING- JTF will schedule OFFICIAL VISIT weekend after commitment to that school’s program and provide full itinerary.
